Our passion is to advise Swiss and European SMEs and start-up companies and to set up outsourcing and offshoring processes for production components.

Most of our partner companies are located in Southeast Asia and are suitable to produce production parts to both advantages. They are international companies that are at least ISO 9000 process certified.

The overall process flows require, among other things, intelligent logistic processes, also called supply chain management, to ensure the perfect flow of outsourcing between the partners.

Coaching and/or support of the company’s own personnel in order to take over the entire range of services and to continue them independently, if necessary to expand them in the future, is part of our offer.
